surprisingly i got this hearsay about a week ago ... i wanted to sell a plot in bahria 7 rwp but the rumors said wait two months some price increase is expected
my own theory : i think now the land mafia in pakistan plays with public investment in short terms .... i've been keenly observing these trends in major societies across pakistan and there is a turnover every 3-6 months ... price rise in one areas for two months then stagger a month or two and then it comes down .... for those who are current please check prices of dck, lhr ph-9 and bahria -8 in last 6 months
my predictions : ph-8 bahria will rise (more than any other phase .. percentage increase) but only the files which have possession documents ... dha lhr ph-9 will drop slightly and rise again in nov-dec for a few months ... dck will rise for a couple of months then another unexpected news from bahria might bring it down .... if this all goes true, then i'll open my own consultancy and charge everyone seeking advice
