13sec is preety good .. most 1.3 cars do it in 13 .. but those are petrol .. my cousin had city 2002 .. had headers, intake, updated plugs and exhaust .. i noted it to be doing 10.5 to 11 sec
if i left the noting to him , his car would have done 0 - 100 in 8 secs
now 13 divided by 2=6.5 ..
thats more than an rx7 0-100
that guy was by far fooling around ..... although 2.0d has very good pickup and its torque can beat any stock 1.6 car eaisly in torque .. diesel can accelerate better than petrol while already moving .

Grand Dad has got a gli but the 20d has more pick,torque than gli.

they are not dumbs spending alot to get that much....! i know a your car weights less but how much after that mods u expect from G16B......! 130~140hp......! on wheels don't know what you are getting...
anywayz...these are 287+Hps cars.......!
so think wisely and use maths to calculate power to weight ratio....you yourself get answer......!

Since when are oil changes considered as mods?. A manual rx7 stock does 0-100 in 4.9 from the factory and rx8 from 6.2 to 8 so now go and do the maths. And grow up and g16b u have the fastest 1.6 liter na car in asia with those times if not the world

@mrhot, @mani,@Ser_gtr ...Bhai..There is something called power to weight ratio..i hope u are aware of that ...Installing a powerful engine with mods in a lightweight car...do the maths!..plus, i never said that people are dumb to buy expensive car's to attain that much..the only thing im talking about is, i can beat mrhot's rx7 in a quarter mile drag..his ride as it is rite now, and my ride as it is rite now..no more mods till the drag race...

Allrite i'll be honest with u mrhot..I have reduced its weight even more..i removed the rear seats,installed light weight front seats, removed spare wheel, ,removed speakers, removed a/c...Other i can't mention on the forum..Enough honesty already:P..i shudnt have told, but still...

By the way, I'll prove that it does it in 5.9 seconds..video will be uploaded..just wait for 2-3 days please...

Mrhot, a stock rx7 does 0-100 in 4.9 seconds?...thats a lot of difference man!...it really is fast than rx8!..i've taken on rx8s easily..but i guess i shud change my mind of having a run with an rx7..lol...its faster than my car :(..lol..but still, i've beaten many rx8s..thats something 2 be happy about...
