Fuel average of mine is around 13KM/L. Missing waghera wale issues I haven’t faced yet (Allah na kare face karoon).

I have a 2006 model. Maintenance is basic one including oil change, oil filter change waghera. Resale isn’t that bad if you buy a used one in good condition. Best average I’ve achieved in city without AC is close to 14km/l (13.85) and with AC it’s 12.5-13 km/l

Well, there are 2 options. Either procure a roof that has the sunroof and install that or get a universal one and find a good mechanic to install it. Both ways are not advised.
