the bank people r very clever they r so smart they get signature on blank papers or agreement that u cant take action against them when they lease or finance your case so that in future they are safe.

How a blank paper can be an agreement? If so, then why can't we be a little clever enough not to sign a blank paper to anyone???????

there is proper system of bank mohtasib

use that channel

i am attaching form, fill that & send soon wid photocopies of documents,
that's speedy & correct way

maximum it will take 2 months otherwise normally within 1 week, problem settles
& it is absolutely free

Hey guys,
I had leased a car through a bank here in Lahore for three years. After i cleared the banks lease and got an NOC from the bank I asked for the original documents and they came with the answer that they had "lost" the documents. I asked them to buy my vehicle at the market price but they refused, further they have the audacity to tell me that the most they can do is to get a duplicate file made.
Guys, i have now sent them a legal notice, but they still refuse to compensate me for my loss. If you guys know of anyone who has gone through the same do let me know or if you have any advice on how to resolve this then please help!!

Just contact with a lawyer dealing with banking Court. Ur case is strong. Bank will have to pay compensation to you.
