I want to go from astore side. Whats the road situation from this side to astore. My ride is wagon r 1000cc. Better than cultus and santro in power/engine wise and almost same ground clearance as cultus and santro. Which points of deosai must be visited. Stay facilities. How much i can enter init through my ride. Jeep rents r too high.

i guess u can easily make it till sheosar lake on wagon r ....... toilets are available at bara pani bro... u mite also reach there on ur ride....

@asifcae . asif bhi jo camp sites hotels waley offer krte he. wo kya facilities dete he. kya waha washroom and water available hota he. me hunza, skardu, gilgit region ke mutaliq poch raha hoo. mera mid july me janey ka program he total persons=5 or camp sath le janey ka irada he leking mera camping ka koe experience nhe he. plz jo details ap jante he bta de. jin points pr camping krna chahte he wo naran, gilgit, astore/rama, skardu, karimabad/aliabad, borit lake, gulmit, sheosar lake, ropal valley/tresheng, if possible then bara pani also . camping k mutaliq precautions. will be highly thankful to you for reply.

Asif bhi tent lgane k lye kese jaga ka intikhab krna chaheye k barish etc. Me problem na ho.any tips abt it.thanks

for rain u must set up camp on a fairy level ground with slight slope.... for flow of water.. then dig a small trench around ur camp but it is not a must as the camps r good enuf to sustain mid level rains for a day or two.....

generally camping spots must have open spaces clear of forests and landslide prone landscape... also u must have a good source of water there ... a good stream or lake............. ground shudnt be soggy
