there is network of taps and pipes at YeshPirth that is very helpful for humans and cattle alike... there is a water tank thats is fed by a fresh watere stream and then supplied across the settelment by taps......

but the locals didint install them neither the govt......

there is a interesting story behind all this...

Tragedy:

in 1959 a joint British and German expedition campe to Yeshpirth for summit of Batura from First Icefall side which seems like a suicide mission to the common eye.... and suicide it was as an avalanch claimed the lives of the entire expedition their bodies never to be recovered..... even to this day some pieces of their equipment is found on the icefall according to our guide.....

now one of the german mountaniers wife was expecting a child when he died.... his daughter named Barbera came to YeshPirth years later and paid for the installation of the water system .. this shot is dedicated to her father and her ...

INteresting, Tap, waisay these Germans are mad, as they were and even now about Nanga Parbat, so any sort of same madness in the bloodline of that german to conquer Batura !!???

yes actually at that time there was no other aproach to the batura peak as well now the expeditions come from the back side... form aliabad village..... yehan say summit koi nai karta ....... germans ko kon samjhaey.......
