Why dont you use TCS "cash on delivery" services as many on-line vendors are using.
I just bought mobile phone from "The Plaza" a karachi based company, it was cash on delivery.

sent him the stuf and decided to get money just as i give him the tcs code and he checks it. luckily tracking was updated later that night and easy paisa shops were closed acording to him. he received the shipment . and not picking up since then. turns of his fone and sumtimes cuts my calls.

Consider ur loss as sadqa , a good thing to do and YES , u have now earned the trust of 100s of buyers so now u should start all over again delivering after payment

i do use blue ex curier for my other online busniess..
its just that shipments to ex major stations like haripur takes alot longer to deliver.

and for tcs COD , u need to pay 20k monthly for thier service charge and shipment fee as well. blue ex is cheapear.
wel i wudve figured out but bus galtiii ho ghayeyy..

also it wud be hard to catch this guy since noone knows what his real name is
