well man sorry to offend u ,but u r asking too much for this unimog,its military auctioned vehicle and must have been sold for not more than 1.50000 at most,then making it again doesnt cost much may be again 2k at mostttttt.so be reasonable

i never knew this unimaga(as it was called in army) plys in civil also coz ive seen it only in army that too in my initial service even army obseleted them few years ago

A year or so back, someone, a contractor for the AirForce approached me. He wanted the team that worked on MANIMOG, the MOG shown in these pictures, to work for the airforce, and Re-Furbish around 70 UNIMOGS, which they otherwise had to auction, as they were considered un-serviceable. It is difficult to service and maintain an old vehicle, and is probably not a good idea for a very acute service as the military. However, newer UNIMOGS are way too expensive when compared to the Japanese Toyotas, or the Defenders, that the military is using now. (our team was unable to comply for their own reasons). So, the 'obsolete' status is because of difficulty in maintaining and servicing the mogs. And also because it is a bit expensive to maintain, and needs technical expertise.

i remember few years ago availabilty of its parts was not an issue but te thing ive seen in unimog is it never stucks up in the sand or desert
