SAIC will release its new model the Roewe 350 at the Auto China 2010 in April. The 350 is based on the Roewe N1 concept car that was shown at the Shanghai Auto Show last year.
The new model's DVD/GPS system will be running on Google's 2.1 Android system. Drivers will be able to get all the latest traffic reports in order to avoid certain spots. The system also allows for direct web access from the car and even chatting online.
The Roewe 350 will feature a 1.5VVT engine, but a 1.5 turbo engine is also in the works according to media reports. The 1.5-liter engine is good for 78kW power and 135Nm torque. The model measures 4,516 x 1,783 x 1,495 mm with a 2,650 mm wheelbase.
