Belta Performance, maintenance parts availability

Dear Pak wheelers,

Currently i have own Suzuki Alto 2003 model in good condition, i want to change my car and i am thinking to purchase Toyota Belta 2006-2009 model, budget 8-9 lac, going for 1000 cc, is Belta 1000cc under powered with 5 people in car.
First, It will be great if the users can rate how the car is with respect to maintenance, performance, parts availability and can it will be maintain from Toyota 3S dealer in Karachi.

Please share your experience, i want to know current market situation of Toyota Belta with budget of 8-9 lac which model i get in these budget

first of all i hope you are in best conditions when you receive my reply

well ok let me start from here

first of all you are currently using a 1000 cc car , and you are going to a 1000 cc car again/

i sujest here that you must now go to 1300 cc atleast

well yes belta 1k cc automatic is a under power car in this cc

it will not take pick it will produce a sound when you try to push race.

so i sujest do not go for belta 1000cc

though belta is a very good and luxury car in this budget so you must go for 2006,2007 1300 cc automatic with all options

you should get this beauty in 10 plus, if you do not have funds at now than i will sujjest dnt waste 9 lacs on a car which is not going to run and no resale ( i m talking about 1000 cc belta here)

maintenance no issue i m sure i am assuming here that you havnt used any japanese car so far, bec japs cars usually fnt break away easily

so go and find some good 1300 cc model for you 2007 model .

1000CC works fine if you drive calmly and are in no hurry to overtake. But it can feel under-powered with 5 people on board specially during up hill climb.

Go for 1300CC because fuel economy will be almost same and it provides power when required.

1000CC produces 71HP while 1300CC has 84HP.

Go for 1300 cc , maintenance is easy but only if u buy a solid untampered car !
Dont buy an abused one !

In this budget also consider nissan ad toyota probox , honda city !

all japanese cars are awesome, belta is awesome, hundreds of people are using 1000 cc and they are satisfied, but still 1.3 should be preferred. another thing is the resale factor, 1.0 has low resale.

overall belta has low resale, alternate options that will go well are, mira, passo or pakistani city
