well i have been using dawlence split a/s 1.5 ton for 3 years now and they seems to be good interms of performance and price the old model with round clock is better than new flat clock model and its price around 36.5k for 1.5 ton

just installed this heavy duty 1.5T split ac. Pulled the vacuum in line set as well. Air throw is good, but i am little bit skeptical about its cooling. Cooling is not bad but i was expecting a little more chilling air. Any one has an idea how to go about this issue?

Just installed Haier 1.5 Ton LK series... Its cooling is good... But i was expecting a little more cooling from it.. I checked through volt meter only 190-200 volts were flowing... Haier technicians said to ask the WAPDA professionals to change ur phase to HIGH PHASE so u can get better voltage and then the AC will perform better...? Is there any effect of volts on AC cooling?

My question is same as Rizwan earlier my Dawlance 1 TON AC used to work quite well but since i shifted the house the cooling seemed to have dropped cosiderably.

So does vlotage has an impact on the performance of the AC. And what is the solution to fix the issue since i think IESCO is never going to change/increase the phase voltage for me.

Also i have experienced that the colling of my 1 TON dawlance AC was better when the GAS pressure was around 55 in it however the guy who shifted the AC told me that GAS pressure is less and it should be around 70. I gave 1000 Rs to get the GAS refilled and since than the colling has deteriorated much further. Can anyone help me with this issue too.

^^^ you shifted from double story to single?and extra gas may also affect the performance.

I shifted from single story to a double story upper portion.

Experts help is required to sort the cooling issue of dawlance AC mentioned above.

cover the exposed roof Top with a mixture of 40% white glue 60% Choona compound do at least 2 coats during the sunlight hours and feel the interior difference. I get it done in our Islamabad place in F -8/4 once every 2 years. at start of Spring since 1992. Survives the rain, keep heat in the room during winters & cool in summers 12 x 18 room cools down to 24C with a 1.5 ton upright aircon in 21 minutes & maintains it during 11.45 am till 4.30 pm

bought panasonic yc18mkf 1.5 ton for 46k made in malaysia. will get it installed today. Sensor ECONAVI one was above 50k. Any review about panasonic split ac?

Use a stabilizer.

yes - stabilizer provide enough voltage required to AC for proper operation.
