Very risky bro. Parents are hesitant of putting their kids on newly opened nurseries unless they are renowned ones or have staff that is well known.
Newly opened nurseries need a lot of word of mouth to work plus should boast of some USP being offered to parents while being a new venture.

Open a car care centre with all the facilities from car mechanical repair to maintenance to detailing to spare parts sale to everything apart from body shop. Should be specifically for JDMs. I am sure you have interest/knowledge in this and the money is there too.

Sir start a General Store at small scale first, its not that hard to run a general store, only your presence is required in such a business. Secondly, you can buy 2,3 or 5 used rikshaws, and give then on daily basis rent to any reliable needy person, he will give you Rs.300/- per day, means each rikshaw will give you approx 8 to 9000 per month, and 5 rikshaws will give you 40 to 45000/- approx. These are easy businesses.

The best business in Karachi is selling Biryani. I have seen that in street you will find 4 5 biryani shops and each getting rid of a whole daig of biryani in maximum an hour or two. Open a pakwan and you can sell to different shops as well to different neighborhoods. Keep the recipe a secret; make a standard procedure of how to make so that any person can make biryani following that procedure.

Well that is a pretty cool idea but finding and hiring mechanics and Expert Denters would be a hassle. Although i would love to do that

Ivestment hasn't been decided yet, its flexible. Infact today i went to NBP and they had a better plan than NIT and securer too :P. So keeping that amount there
