Skills or expertise wise both may be competent but actually difference is of Behaviour and attitude.
Some say it bluntly while some says No with proper framework while some never says No and always ready to formulate the solution as per client. Each business model is correct.
It was old days when oldies like us used to bear the behaviour by keeping in consideration the Quality of Work but as you can understand and seeing on Pakwheels that new young guys, they do not have much patience now and they do not bear the behaviour as it was evident in an old 7-8 years old thread in which you and Xulfiqar explained similar situation, your same story of 98 Margalla was perhaps there too but later on young Pakwheelers did not agree, point raised by @engnr.mubashir were also justified.
Any how,at one part, service providers like Bashir or Sabir have their respective policy, behaviour and working model. On other part, clients are also clever now and wants to do work as per their ease, Quality of work, time, budget, reviews, Behaviour and attitude etc.
Preference varies crom individual to individual.
