best bet for a drifter (cheap) is an old RWD rolla with a power upgrade (like a 20V), or you can go for an (expensive) exotic Jap RWD sports car like an RX-7/8, 300ZX/350Z etc...
@AbidsiddiquiAll the options are fwd,just try drifiting a rolla,or better yet try drifting a mehran,there's only one technique to drifting them,u gotta hold the handbrake through drift and that's pretty damn dangerous cuz unlike an rwd,u can't control the slide with the throttle especially at high speeds,and above 70-80km is a definite NO NO! (from experience)@storm thanx storm bhai,i'm looking for a good condition 81-82 rolla,and as for an expensive car,neither am I at that level of drifting to avoid crashing those beauties(and being heart broken or bone broken) and neither am I a professional drifter to put so much money into it.I just want an old rwd car to practice drifting at low speeds on deserted streets early in the morning,maybe after a few years when I learn the art of drifting properly,I'll buy a proper drift car.(or maybe go to tokyo :))
For God sake forget about drifitung havent u seen the accident in lahore where 16years boy died still u r thinking about drifitng plz try to understand what u see in movies those guys r trained for it and their cars are also modifieds cars in Pakistan are mad of Dallda Tin so plz for God sake for get about this
make sure you get a (padded) safety cage welded & bolted to your chassis in case of emergency.
@speedXHey man,no need to be so sensitive yaar,I'm not gonna drift like those guys in the movies and neither am I impressed by them,I just wanna practice drifting at low speeds on deserted roads cuz I know I'm not as good as the pro's but u have to start somewhere,and I am gonna mod the car specifically for drifiting(suspension etc),and probably put in a roll-cage(if there any av in pak)but for the moment I'm just doing some research on it.BTW what 16 year old boy r u talking abt?any details?

@speedXSorry to hear abt it bro,may there souls rest in peace.But as I said before,I'm probably have a roll-cage in the car and mod the car as family cars are not built for these purposes and givein at any given moment.I'll practice on deserted streets at controllable low speeds on deserted roads.But again we all have to be careful while driving and not let our "need for speed" get the best of us.
