I have a sneezing problem too... kestine/rigix r my best friends.... makes you sleepy though n based on the same ceterizine salt.

Whenever u feel the symptoms have one or two n sleep it off. You will be better in the morning hopefully.

for night nurse u must be atleast 16yr old n for day nurse u must b under 16yr age :S

If you can get hold of it, the liquid form of DAY NURSE and NIGHT NURSE is very soothing for the throat. The first one has caffeine in it to help you get through the day, the second helps you sleep.
