It's tastes okay-ish, but is very good.

Well im no expert here... but flu is basically 90% of times an allergic reaction, it gets triggered due to ur sensitivity to an allergen.

Arinac is an effective tablet but again works for a limited time. It has an anti allergy agent in it too thats why its effective. Likewise any anti allergy pill like piriton, zyrtec etc is helpful.

The key to treating flu is.. take an anti allergy pill as soon as u feel flu is started, its triggering and ur body is reacting to an allergen.

Once u delay taking anti allergy, then the pill only works for a limited time as a relief from runny nose etc but flu would settle on its own with time.

Immediately taking anti allergy ensures that u dont get congestion and clogged nose. It get settled quickly.

Yes in my case it was high amounts of dust... btw I am taking arinac and also nosetine, they work till I am asleep, when I get up from my bed, cough & flu start again

flu and sneezing due to an allergic reaction are two different things. sneezing due to flu is because of a virus infection. the other one is just plain sneezing...

flu stays for upto several days, maybe even a week in some severe case...but allergy problem goes away within a few hours upto a day or so....

I use ceterizine 10-30mg if I feel like an allergic reaction is cause of sneezing.

well i have a severe allergic reaction which starts due to seasonal and pollen allergy (it happens 2 or 3 times in a year only) .. sneezing starts with running nose and its very irritating whenever i sit among friends .. so doc prescribed me to use this ronex tablet one each day .. whenever i take this medicine after 10 minutes or so i feel healthier again everything dries up inside my nose and throat sneezing stops but its effect only lasts for like 24 hours ( if i donot take next pill again) after that sneezing starts again that happens for like 2 weeks or maybe a month (whenever season changes or pollen season starts) but ronex tablets side effect which i felt is it makes u relaxed and i like to sleep a lot (drowsiness) lolz don't know why

try levoceterizine. A molecule based on ceterizine (which you take currently) that doesn't make you go sleepy. Just go to a pharmcy and ask them for available brands of levoceterizine.

I have a sneezing problem too... kestine/rigix r my best friends.... makes you sleepy though n based on the same ceterizine salt.

Whenever u feel the symptoms have one or two n sleep it off. You will be better in the morning hopefully.
