i'd not touch this for any reason. however if this is something really bothering Feroz saheb is best bet.

The base metal is slightly exposed, not by much though. I have waxed the surface for the time being to avoid getting any rust. This dent is really bothersome though.

This cannot be dry dented.

Their is no access to this panel from the inside.

Usually such dents are either filled with policade and paint to match.

Else more deeper dents are welded with metal and pulled out. Often denters make holes in it to pull out the dent then repair and paint.
