There are no 99.9% copper cables available in Pakistan and all companies are making false claims....The best is Pakistan Cables. It's 87.5% copper after tested in UET Taxila. The 2nd best it Newage Cable with 84% copper...

This is absolutely misleading thread to be posted on PakWheels. There isn't anything like best brand in purchasing Electric wires and cables. Two things which needs to be looked while purchasing electric cables is purity of conductor and other is quality of Insulation i.e PVC. As far as i know there are multiple brands who manufacture quality cables and are approved from several Govt and PVT departments. Below are few manufacturers who are approved from last cable and conductor procuring agency in Pakistan i.e WAPDA/DISCO's

Pakistan Cables Khi
Newage Cables Lhr
Universal Cables Khi
Eagle Cables Lhr
Pioneer Cables, Hub
Fast Cables Lhr

They all manufacture according to same standard specifications. Dont fall trap of media campaigns and end up purchasing expensive cables.

99.99% copper claim is just hawai batain... No one can use such a high conc. of copper as its very very expensive. If a cable is 80% pure copper, that is a blessing for us Pakistanis... Allah hum sub pakistanio ko milawat sy door fermaye. Ameen

Proper way is to lab check it, but also some people have experience of ruling out bad copper..say for example a professional electrician, motor winder, or a copper scrapper guy can, by the colour, weight, luminance, plasticity of the wire...
