If a B18C can fit in Vitz's engine bay(with lots of mods though :)),Then y can't a 20V BT,2ZZ-GE OR A 1ZZ-FE?!

like i said earlier they are all 4cly engines and are about the same size so it shoudln't be a problem,... also notice this vitz has a full "wire tuck" meaning that all the wires (except ignition leads) are hidden - new craze in the import scene.

very c;ean engine bay.........
all four cylinders are aprox the same size but the 20v differs because it has extra mass and volume of ITB's(independent throttle bodies)... on ths pic the b18c is also fitted with itb's but how close are they with the firewall:S, how is air going through them, or it is looking like this in this angle of pic...

Hmmm,i think they've somehow taken the intake pipes through the car's body to take air from some other area outside the engine bay or something,These Mugen guys r crazy

Well......all the stuff was outta from engine room...and B18 was left alone
well i think 20v with its big intake port is bigger than B18.....
well...........mounts for this are all refabricated with custom axles....fore sure...u can see that....engine room of this Vitz was completely messed up but job was clearly done....!
its not as easy as it looks....

Ok guys,I've thought long and hard and I have these options:

1-Do a 20V BT swap,which I'm beginning to dought if it will fit in the engine bay cuz of many ppl saying it won't :s,but this is my 1st choice and I want advice from the senior members on this.

2-Do a Z-GEN engine swap(1NZ-FE,3ZZ-FE,1ZZ-FE OR 2ZZ-GE).

3-Mod Vitz's 1SZ-FE with NA mods and maybe install a Wet shot NoS kit.

well NOS.....i must mention u here that i never say 4AGE swap is not possible in VITZ...it is possible for sure.....thing is what...till what extent it need works..
so all of foundations(engine mounts) need to be relocated..means u have to relocate them as on stock...Air Intake Box of 4AGE will hit the firewall......then comes axles....u have to made custom short ones.......
the place for radiator and all...........
this swap is possible but lots of things involved........with lots of complications.....!
any Corolla/Sprinter/Levin/ is suited best for 4AGE swap.......other than else.....!

Hmmmm,Thanks for the info bro,Corolla was my 1st choice but I think Vitz is lighter and cheaper and will give a better power to weight ratio don't u think?Now coming to my 2nd option which engine swap do u suggest for a Vitz,Will a 3zz-fe or 1zz-fe fit without any hassles and stuff and not cause any probs afterwards,BTW coming back to the 20V,do u think all the hassles will be worth it when i get done with the swap i mean will the car run without any trouble then.And coming to my 3rd option how much maximum HP is possible from a 1sz-fe with NA mods?
