Yes but some are on theka system and they sell worse quality petrol.

Total johar town near LDA office. They also provide free air refill and service station rates are incredibly low (200 for wash, 300 for service) though beware as the service station guys try to milk money out for interior cleaning, engine cleaning with diesel etc etc.

Brother hascol petrol has much better average than all other petrol brands.. must try it and check average

As far best is concerned then shouq chowk before akbar chowk opposite to ravi restaurant faisal town, this shell petrol pump is a company operated site. They have even mentioned that. Their petrol is best, quantity is accurate. I have been using total before, but my car gave better fuel economy after filling from here.
Ask them that you need to check quantity of petrol and see the fun, they will pour one liter in measuring cylinder without any questions.
