Best Honda Civic 2005 EPS expert in Lahore

I recently got my Honda Civic 2005 converted from HPS to EPS. I am facing an issue. EPS works fine until my car reaches 90 kph speed. Once it reaches 90 kph, EPS turns off and steering becomes very hard. It stays very hard until I switch off my engine ans start the car again. I suspect the wiring was not done properly. I want someone expert who deals in EPS wiring and troubleshooting. Thank you

So initially the steering was getting hard as I accelerated the car like on 40 50 speed it got hard. He said its normal. Then i took the car to some other electrician, he recognized the issue and changed something in the wiring and the steering issue was fixed. I thought my issue has been fixed. I usually dont drive more than 60 within the city. Only yesterday I was driving late at night on canal road Lahore when i noticed that as soon as I reached 85 90 kph speed, steering became very hard and EPS stopped working.
