Well , as you know already , CEO needs strong skills in finance , management and interpersonal skill and above all leadership quality to do the job .

There is really no way that in any software house in the whole world the ceo would be an expert at everything .

Make different departments .
Specialization wise .

Assign tasks and take the lead , u really don't have to worry about programming ,
Infact the least u know it would be better , as you will only be able to focus on results , and the jugaroo workers wouldn't be able to mess around with your mind with the limitations and problems they are facing as an excuse . U can easily get them on danda , while focusing on results only as a normal layman user .

Just do basic c++ , c sharp , java , sql , html
And that is it ...

I would suggest go for mobile applications development . the ARM platform has just arrived , and blackberry 10 is on the verge , a lot of demand is there , as you can easily get ideas fron hit IOS and android apps , and throw them into the ARM market , and BB10 market ..... Its an oppertunity to strike now .

bro simple solution for you , start outsourcing projects from freelancer , odesk!
assemble team of 3,4 developers and give them salary on project base , u'll be playing in lacs in few months!
i might sound lame , but this is hows things are going in low level software houses , they are hiring developers for 25-35k and in months they 2lac+ just by outsourcing!

well these all i have ALHUMDULILLAH i started my own business at 21 with financial help from my father now i am on my own as for the marketing skills when it comes to direct marketing i have nailed it all my life i have a 100 % track record there is no customer in my life who i intend to sell somin and hes not with me yet thats how good i am........100s of them

yea but i d preffer finding a sollution to every problem they have as thats the reason i wana study.then id be worth earning the status as a boss as u designation can be baught but respect has to be earned

Yes, you need to have some knowledge. You will mostly be communicating with clients for requirements analysis along with your manager. But you don't really need to know programming itself to its details.

You will need to start as a freelancer on a website like odesk like someone already suggested above. Make an attractive company profile page. You need to know going market rate for similar tasks that you are bidding on. Don't underestimate work. In software development, even the very open ended estimates turn out to be less.

Clients will have different requirements based on the project they want. Like if someone wants a website for their company, it would be wordpress/drupal/joomla. Mobile device development is a totally different story. etc etc
