I have Mitsubishi lancer 1.3 GL. I want to get it overhauled. Engine overhaul, steering assembly replacement, ECU integration, suspension replacement, etc. what is the best place for this in karachi.

Goto Jameel Autoes and talk to Irshad care of Pakwheels. Many pakwheelers have benfit from his services. his shop at Khudad colony signal when going from mazar e Quaid

he can help, but keep in mind, lancers need money and time.

i visited Jameel Autos with a friend as prior appointment. past week, despite telephonic discussion with Irshad ahmed earlier for compression test job taking an hour or so. we agreed for Rs. 2000 as service charge upon arrivale he decline to attend a passo asked to call later again as some urgent work is lined up. DHA to PECHS time & fuel wasted.

There we saw a front cooked (burned) silver color 1.3 lancer is this the same vehicle? you plan to restore?? Skip and dispose it as it is. wasting money over such write-off vehicle will be total loss.

Yeah he has become even more rude now. I still would recommend him if you have the patience to bear with him. His workshop is clean, uses better tools than roadside mechanics, and as far as I know, works with a bit of higher precision than others. If you guide him for something, he follows (for instance of you tell him to tighten the head bolts with a certain torque , he will listen to you, or wait for xyz mins after applying the gasket filler etc because it is written on the box, he will listen and do it unlike others)

this is a rare thing if he hasnt give you the right attention maybe due to workload or another issue,

the rust bucket lancer at his shop is a disaster and belong to some Wakeel sb, who is spending some money to make it work. its a disaster for irshad also, as everything in that car is rusted.
