Like I'm getting the delivery of my car tomorrow. After break in period of 1000 km, I'm intending to switch to 5W30

So my question is, can I do that and do the best oil changes after every 10000 km

Or

As the car is brand new, it's important to change the oil at 5000 km

what is the difference for semi synthetic and fully synthetic if the Viscosity is same for both as in 0W-20 or any other grade. please guide

I guess you can google the same question. I don't think there is semisynthetic 0w20 in market. I can tell you this that there is humongous difference between both.

Keep it on toyota taglon X 5w30 till the warranty period ends.
You will be able to claim warranty like that if any issue arise.
Even if you develop ac compressor issue stealership will say that you didn't change oil from us .
Do not give them a reason to void warranty.

No bro. That's out of question. I'm not gonna run it on that poison 5W50. I will switch to 5W30 after 1000 km

Taglon is 5w50
Taglon X is 5w30 but semisynthetic. Its also a factory filled oil. Keep it under warranty for 20k kms. Anything can happen.
Imc have a history of claiming whole car in warranty coz chassis was bent.

I endorse @haseeb.basharat suggestion. Plz open your car manual and check recomended oil in it. Always use recomended oil grade in best quality for longer vehicle life.
Change your oil at 5000 interval. It maintains engine internal clean.
In break in period. Use multi grade conventional oil not synthetic.
In break in period. Never drive in high and constant rpm. But drive car with variable rpm . Try to avoid 5th gear use initially.

I know that bro. Thanks nonetheless. I have to drive it to Multan on motorway on Monday. Will go at 90 km per hour max but the issue is RPMs would be stable. Shall I go via GT road?

Drive car in 80 to 90 km speed... not fixed speed.
