Ya most of the schemes mentioned above are haram but still u can opt for islamic banking but savings accounts gives maximum 7% p.a. profit. Instead u can invest in islamic mutual funds which varies from low risk to high risk funds and u can get 8%p.a. to 50%p.a. as high risk high return low risk low return.

Bro if u invest in national saving account the profit will be like max 2250 for ur 300k.but if u have father retired or mother( incase of widow) u will get approx 3300 ...

Brother don't do it....the profit you get from saving accounts is not profit but interest(sood)..which is a war against Allaah and his Rasool saw.in Qurraan it is mentioned that sood is forbidden for us...and the person taking this kind of profit would be just like he is touched by shaittaan on day of judgement.and the sin of lower degree of sood is just like a person would have done zinda with his own mother...astaghfirullaah.
Instead please invest your money in a business or buy a place and rent it on.that would be halal and full of barakaats for you..inshaAllah.
