This is regular worn camshaft, every engine after a certain amount of mileage wears out.
maybe or Gawalmandi marka oil
i use the HX5 Shell , change to ZIC A and it was noisy at start
but now its getting smooth , no oil reduction
but overall experience Shell HX 5 is better than ZIC A for mehran

lol with you sir..!! Ultra is superior to HX5 and you say it is SL and HX5 is SN. SL came in 2001 and SN in 2010 so your words make me think that Shell Ultra is inferior to HX5. And i said shell HX5 was SL yes its true it was SL it changed in 2014 if my memory serves me right but i never used shell so when i saw tds and price lists and talked to shell it was API SM. The website link you posted of shell pk is actually copy of US and European shell description. Do some homework before posting here

I apologize, it is actually API-SN, the one i was quoting to be SM was probably Total which I was looking at while refilling.
I never said that it was better for Mehran. API SG & SJ rating is best for Mehran.
You should look for API SG & SJ rating oils. Currently Suzuki Genuine Oil 10w-40 & Zic M 15w-40 are the available options.
