same is my question..if anyome would like to answer
Novice with zero knowledge about rims and tyres with regards to up grades is cause of failure...
i have passo 2015..stock tire and rim size is 165/65/R14..i went for tire upsize and went for 185/65/R14 but steering had vibrations at low speed..i did wheel balancing but thay didnt solve my problm..mechanic said its cz of tire over size...i installed old tires again..anyone can help regarding tire size?? cz tire upsize ruined the drive comfort..although car was looking good and height issue was also solved...shud i go for.165/70/R14 or 175/65/R14??
mileage was bit decrease but no much..comfort was not the same as before..overall looks of car was good..pick was okay
That's not called up-grade. That's non-sense what you have done...You can go with 15"and also 16" rims after proper calculations with reduced aspect ratio. Max 3% +/- is acceptable. This is called an up-grade. I have installed 17" on my Vitz 2013 model.
wat would u recommend..i want to keep rim size same i.e 14 inch
what tire size shud i opt for..but dont want to compromise comfort and suspension
which tire size did u go for??

i used chinese tires mayb that was the reason...185/65/R14 looked quited good plus height issue was solved..but my car drive and comfort was ruined
Everyone says that find default size on driver door but i could not find anything on it.Its 2nd hand passo 2015 so i dnt have any idea what was actual one. Currently its 185/65/15.From above thread i found that 185/65/14 of Michelin is best.I could not find a dealer despite best effort.Everyone claims but dnt have proof.A shop gave me a price of 8500. The other said it will be Thai as UK tyres are short and this 8500 is price of Dunlop Indonesia and not of Michelin.I wenr back to that shop again and asked for multicolor line on tyres and they said Michelin and Yokohama dnt have multi color line. Please guide about correct size, rate and line
What about 185/65/14 bridgestone?
because it has completed its useful life and needs to be replaced. You already mentioned that R14 is better than 15 so i am thinking about it . I dnt have much now how about driving and my driver is of the view that car is high from the back in this 15 size and bumpy
Please reply
There is nothing written on door. Can you tell me about specific location
OEM for 2015 Passo is 165/70/R14 (or 165/65/R14)
Wider tires get more grip, look better, but consume more fuel.
Stock size is best to get.
