I usually go to World Class suiting on mall road rwp. I like the standard and the stitch quality. Uniworth is also good.

i would rate cambridge, uniworth on top, even from chen1, because the prices of earlier two are reasonable for the quality, whereas chen1 is too costly.

bananza is just a crap, nothing else,

Royal tag is also worth a try, i havent used it but have seen the quality on display.

above all i like uniworth, as it offers you custom made clothes on your measurement, ready made things seldom gets fit, for quality geeks, i would recomend uniworth

When I was in Pakistan 5/6 years ago my tailor of choice was next to blue area.
He was situated within the Lawrencepur LaFabrica shop.
I forgot his name, its been that long. Bazurk aadmi.
White beard. I got about 7 8 suits stitched from him over time and was never disappointed.
Also the cloth selection of Lawrencepur has never disappointed. I still have the suits and they are still in excellent condition.
When I wear them to work I am always complimented.

Just to add price wise.

All my suits stitched between 2006-2008 with cloth and stitching were between 9000-20000 rps.

The price was mostly the cloth. I did not look at expense when selecting the cloth only quality.

.....But for those who earlier generations never worn pants might get satisfied with American or wazir, but for those who saw there predecessors dressed like Englishman, will never compromise on quality.

first of all to all those posting names of all the unknown and easy to get tailors please dont post these messages and pollute the thread because BEST MEANS BEST (cost doesn't matter any more when you are looking for the best) so please post only if it is The Best... not just best for you...

coming to the point... i am on this search to get my wedding suit stitched... of course i consulted my dad (who knows pindi/islamabad from inside out)

He hasn't had his suits stitched from here i.e. Pindi/Islamabad for quite some time now... Anyways, following were three names that he mentioned to be the best (the best at least 20 yrs back)...
1. Inayat Shah (Bank Road, Sadar, RWP)
the guy was a true master of his trade and was European trained... he was so good that suits made by him got featured in 70's fashion magazines in Europe... sadly he died in the 80s and his sons tried to carry forward his legacy... they were able to continue his name until the last of Inayat Shah's self trained tailor... eventually the shop was wrapped up in 2012 (last bit of the story i managed to extract from an old shopkeeper on bank road on my suit tailor hunt).. even the sons used to charge Rs.10,000 back in mid nineties for a suit! but the suits they used to stitch truly had life in them...
2. Jabbar Tailors (Bank Road, Sadar, RWP)
Still there opposite Gakkhar plaza, have to try it myself before passing any judgements...
3. Jalandhar Tailors (Sadar, RWP)
couldnt find them...
So far in my suit hunt i have been directed to Wazir tailors (Islamabad) by a number of people... HOWEVER, i just had FOUR suits made from them and i've found them to be slightly better than ordinary...
Zeitgeist (have seen their suits, they are fine too but not the best), Men's Store etc are also some options... but since it would be my wedding suit i would love to get some help from someone who can really testify for the tailor they recommend!

Bin Aleem Suitings F8 markaz Islamabad.

I stiched my walima suit from here, everyone kept was asking about it.

I have seen my colleagues wasting money with wazir, American, kariger, and various others in town.
The best I got was from bin aleem, u can also try jalil brothers in blue area near savour foods, and also try UNIWORTH but they are too expensive, moosa gee is one of the pathetic stichers of Karachi , I must advice all the readers who have a sense of quality dresses must try bin aleem,
Since I went there I feel every tailor in the town is just making money, not the customers with quality.

I have not tried them, but after reading about them i tried searching for them on google and this is what I found.

The guy is advertising on some chinese website and inquiring about chinese suit with fake Austin Reed logo's. So guys you can decide for yourself.

World Class Tailor in Blue Area and Ahmed Ali Imtiaz of Simla in F6 Markaz are tailor of repute. I have been on a look out for a tailor who could do canvasing instead of fusing which is normally done these days. After thorough search I came across a gentleman of similar taste and he had advised me to visit "The Master" in G9 Markaz Islamabad near Prince Bakers. I would surely visit him on my next visit to Isloo.
