Honda City 1.3 original tyres are 175/65-15, as far as I can remember. Since you are in Karachi and mostly driving in heavy traffic at low speeds, it's probably better to for original size. That should improve mileage.

Yes, 185/65 15. Run for 30k km+ and fuel average remained around 10 for my 1.5 pros City pre-COVID. Not very good but acceptable. Not different from the advan dB v551 I had before this.
This is CC6 if you look closely at the tire markings. The ādiamondā pattern is not visible from this angle as it is on the inner side.
