I have recently changed tyres on FL Grande
My preference was 205/55 but after all the research I did in 4 6 days, i concluded that 205/55 isnt possible here. Not many tyres available so i changed to 215/55

Other than Continental, Yokohama and Bridgestone Turanza its very difficult to find good original tyre
Advan Db wears quickly those very less noise
Bridgestone becomes hard early
Best option was to go for Primacy 4 or Pirelli P7 but both are available as smuggled units
Only option left is UC6 or MC5 from Conti and I believe UC6 is quite closer to db 552 as far as noise is concerned. The plus point is the less wear rate and punctures
Also, i have drive CC6 earlier and I feel Continental has improved a lot in UC6
Note: my drive exp with UC6 is only 5k km yet

Gud analysis . 205/55/16 s not popular size among dealers I don know why. Even they demand more money of this size than 215/55/16 by saying 205/55 /16 pe semi low profile ka tax ziada lagta ha but I don believe that. However 215/55/16 for Altis is a bit big . What will be chosen by 1.6 Altis owners as pick will be evidently effected.
Ok let me ask who have Altis FL 1.6 n Altis 1.8 grande that I felt that 1.6 Altis has a bit softer suspension than grande1.8 n may be it's adjustment of damping force . Or it's my whim n surmises or doubt.

Bro my yokos r still 50 percent thread n 20 k driven.
16 inch tyre has no resale value . So I m waiting and have asked a good friend for import of michilin cross climate plus .
Let c I'm not in a hurry .

It's 68db noise level which is a bit minimum.
205/55/16 has 7.8 kg weight wid gud European levels A B which is very fuel efficient.
It has 520 treadwear or 80k KMs warrantee which is more than treadwear in tyres of this segment as uc6 all contis, all pirellies, etc has only about 320 , michilin Primacy 4 tread 360 etc .

Traction. A.
This is michilin cross climate plus .
So a complete package man.

I will import it from any resource. However for interim arrangement I got changed federal formoza fd2 205/55 r16
