Beware of this ad, car and owner!

Its kind request to check this person and adv or if u can solve my problem regarding this adv i will be thankful to u.

Used Toyota Corolla GLi VVTi 2011 Car for sale in Lahore - 522483 | PakWheels

I saw this adv last month and called them a person yousaf talked with me .I said tel me truth as i have to come from sialkot to lahore .He said me that my car is total geniun etc etc .After long talk he agred on 1595k .He send me give me token .I send i will pay u 1000 easy pasa as a token today and will come 2morrow to buy.He said ok.I said him that if ur car will be painted ,dent or any thing u have to give me expense .He said ok and agreed.

I reached lahore at 8am he picked me and took to some showroom .I was surprised that car was at showroom .
I checked the car and got in 1st look a smal dent on roof then a big patch of kaalam on bumper, and one side paint was badly damaged .i was shocked and asked him u said that ur car is 100% scractchless and what is this.I checked the meter ,it was 6000 but the engine and tyre condition was saying that car is driven more than 50000km.

I asked him what is this he said me if u donnt want to buy its ok .I was again shoked i spend 1500 to reach lahore and what he did with me .He even refused to give my token money and my expense at the spot and said i will send ur tokem money later.Today one month passed i called him ,he Daily change his number and now what he did that he put my no in block service.

1000rupee is nothing to me but the question is that how people are shameless and donnt think that One day they will be answerable to Allah.

Plz if any one can help me out what should i do .
I just want to save my other members .

That's actually big trouble for buyers. Those rotten eggs have no value for others time.

I had lot of khawari while searching a car online. People take snaps of their car from best angles, and portray it as the best car in the world. When you reach there after a long traveling and spending fuel and time, you get shocked by the condition of the car.

Oh...bad experience. Anyway We should learn from such experiences, and never pay token money before seeing anything in real time.

Very important thing i didnt mention that the pics on the website are very old but they showed that they are latest pics.

If u see the pics u will find brand new car but when i saw the shine was not that as in pics

there r chances the pics r not even of the car u saw.. they just switched the plates n clicked it...

almost 70% of sellers on PW r unfortunately r like that, i had 3 bad experiences, now have reverted to old fashioned newspapers and or references..

at last the owner deleted his adv.
The name of the owner is Yousaf .He has eaten my token money ,apnea ukkat dekha geya dhokea baz .
I donnt know why people are so cheap .

This is the usual language of "Fraudy dealers.. (100% scratchless etc... )..."A family man will always tell you truth about his vehicle....

Someone told me a quote for riding on pakistani roads, and i quote it everywhere: "You have to look out for yourself, never think that the other will slow down or brake to pass you...." This can be applied in your case as well..

Anyways, it's a good thing you only lost a small money....

Well........ Not really.

I bought a Charade from a person who claimed to be a Govt. officer of Grade-19 in education sector. Now here are a few of the funny lies he had to tell to sell the vehicle to me, for possibly 10-20% more money than it was worth:

1. Parts are not available for Charade 82? : "No, Toyota has aquired Daihatsu, and started manufacturing the parts, so no worry about those parts"

2. Consumption (it was on petrol only): "Around 16Km/Liter in city" It turned out to be 6Km/L

3. "CNG never installed on the car, so its such a good car (He had sold the CNG kit seperately)

And many more like that. I was purchasing a car for the first time, knew nothing about it. And was desperate to purchase, and ended up buying from that so called cheap "Govt officer"

when i was searching mark x
a guy told car is totall genien when i checked it from denter he said fully sprayed car it was in peshawar
same happened wid me in isb 2 times in search of mark x
and then about vitz annd altis in lahore
i went lahore owner said that altis has only i fender changed
when i examined
back bumper 2 fenters were changed
and about vitz alot of scarches fog light button wasnt there

there are good n bad people in this society,im sure uve got a big heart as 1.5k isnt a v big amount but yes the time u spent got wasted,

and a small dent on the roof can be because of a small pebble or hail.
in both cases.. i will consider the car as 100% genuine condition..
as far as judging mileage from tyre conditions.. that is doubtfull.. you can run the car 6k on a bumpy road.. and tyres will be as they were run for 1 lac..
and you can run it on motorway for 50k and theyl look like they just ran 10k..
plus token money is non refundable... i once paid 10k token money.. but at the last moment i called a denter to check the car.. he rejected the car.. i never asked for my token money back.. as this is an unsaid rule of car purchase.. token money is confiscated if you back off from deal after paying it. Similarly he cant sell the car to some other guy if he has taken token from you..

Why would you believe someone over the phone?
Why would you pay token money for a car that you have never seen?
ANd the MOst important one, WHY would you trust an unknown person? Cz you asked him to speak the truth over the phone? :S

Dear it was in deal that if car is not scrachless then he has to return token and its my rite to take it back.
2nd the dent is not smal and 3rd the batery water has removed the paint on the main bonet side uper side not under the bonet.

it is utter stupidity to send token money before seeing the car in original. it is your own fault.
secondly, who in the world pays expense of travelling? such deals are childish.

even if you had given the token and cancelled the deal on inspection, the token money should have been taken back on the spot. i blame you my dear brother for your stupidity. leave that guys wrong deeds with him. they will be discussed separately.

what ever that guy did was wrong. but let me also remind you that you yourself have also been selling cars by playing different tactics. one of which was that you are going abroad if i am not wrong. and the prices of both of your cars were ridiculously high. did you not think about other people at that time?

everyone of us think about his/her own self and not about others. this is the main issue.

anyways, thanks for sharing and i sympathize with you for your loss of time not money.

Whenever I m searching some ad, I just go through the comments, Meera style english explains it all, whether its a dealer or noble man..lol...its only my personal experience, don't want to impose such opinion on others...lol
