We sold a regular file where we had paid 930k for 1700k just over a year back. Today, a full paid (1310) double category plot is selling for 1700k again. It is a good time to purchase fully paid files where you just have to play the waiting game. It will take years of course to develop, but once it does, its maturity value may be around way higher than its current price.

What would you suggest as the best area to invest in Bahria.

Phase 8 extension is good long term investment if you are willing to hold your plot for at least 2 to 3 years. The prices will heat up in the near future as plans have been approved for a ring road from gt road to motorway which wilp pass through phase 8 extension

i want to buy a plot in Bahria town Phase 8 rawalpindi, for keeping for 3-4 years and later may be built my own house or sell it...need some expert advice from you guys....i have marked three places according to my budget...Bahria Orchard (10 or 8 or 5 Marla)..Bahria Phase 8 Ext in Precinct 1&6 only (10 Marla only).....Bahria Phase 8 K, L, M, N blocks (8 or 7 Marla)..kindly let me know the latest prices and any (Non Fruady type Estate Agent - Fair Deal person)..Thanking in advance..
