Adeel,
Hats off to your adventure. I have read this in 2015 and you did it in 2013 and i can tell you today that it feels like i have traveled the same with you. Your story telling is detailed at the same time very concise and up to the point. You have an art and that shines through every post of yours. I hope that i can write like you one day. I don't know you but by the looks of your post and thread, you seem to be such a down to earth person as well that you can write so good still you don't take credit for it. I have read your entire thread in 3 hrs time enjoying every post like its still fresh and anew as morning dew. It was a wonderful experience reading it, i can't really imagine and put into words all the emotions and joyous experience you would have faced while actually doing what u did, and sustaining it. I also read somewhere here that a 1000 likes was necessary, i don't actually believe it and what you have written is genuine and needs no artificial ornaments. A genuine reader can find whats worth their time!
I on the other hand, am a small time trekker who have trekked only to tagaferi bc, tried ansoo lake from saiful malook and didn't succeed due to bad weather, nanaga parbat view point and fairy meadows. Everything tried without proper shoes or anything remotely close to what we call a trekker gear :). Your travelogue have motivated me even more to try such things but i have lots of things going against me like my fitness, career etc. Anyhow, best of luck for your future endeavors and whether you made to rupal valley or not as you said is a question.
Thank you for sharing this brother! be well!
