Always downloading, yes. But in smaller chunks. Biggest SINGLE file was over 1 gig, but combined I think I've clocked a Terrabyte.

I think there are no files larger than 10gb on any of the file sharing servers available on internet. Any thing larger in size is available in chunks / parts of suitable sizes.
Usually these parts are not larger than 1gb at a time, but sometimes you can find files upto 8gb. Very rarely, have I seen any file larger than that. Probably it is only Megaupload which allows unlimited file size to its premium members.
If someone says that he has downloaded 'one' file of 30gb size, that will be a news! I would surely like to know the link of such file at least!!
I personally have downloaded files upto 8gb size max. However, if we count total traffic of a day, it may reach up to 40gb sometimes.
By the way, I have two 4mb PTCL dsl links, working simultaneously on two different systems!
