Nabeel those are deep scratches No Solution except repaint
or get a new tank for your bike

There are lots of auto shampoos available in market but Formula-1 and Turtle Shampoos are best. WD40 is a spray protetc bike from rusting.

Yes CG is going to basement i will be away till 15th May. Going out station for election duties.
This front emblem doesn't require any alteration.

Change the tank or repaint.

Get the tank repainted from an expert after getting proper filling and drying process.

How do I get rid of the vibration out of my new CG 125 2013? Is it normal for the new bikes?
There is also a clutch box sound which my mechanic has noticed and so did I. I have a problem with shifting gears especially on the speed breakers. There is also a weird sound when I put the first gear and slowly leave the clutch moving throttle at the same time....I sold my hero bike because of all such bullshits and upgraded to CG but I have started to feel that it was a wrong decision. I thought these sounds would go away with the first oil change but all in vain.......Need your help and guidance as I am not very good with the bikes.

Dear brother!
The clutch box noise you mentioned is a manufacturing defect of Honda CG125 Euro2 model. It'll be fixed and replaced under warranty FREE OF COST. Half of your problems are because of it...

And vibrations?
Well, Euro2 model has very less vibrations as compared to previous models but you can get your bike's all NUT/BOLTS/SCREWS tightened from mechanic including the axle...

Hope that'll help getting rid of your problems

hamza bhai thank you so much...let me follow your detailed answer...euro2 model came in 2012 and the noise must have been there from day one....why they didnt fix it in 2013 model yet....especially the model i got, came just last night when i bought it

It is possible that the model you bought was an old stock placed in showroom... But don't worry, noises will be finished in no time after replacing the sprocket inside clutch box

I checked everything before buying, it was new arrival which came just a day before. Infact they were still emptying the truck which brought all these bikes......I have noted down your instructions and will follow it.
