The only solution is to replace the lamination paper. Scratches csn only be removed from paint.

Aoa bhaiyo. Can polish be applied on a laminated bike? What polish should be applied? Will it stay on lamination? Any other way to get back shine on a laminated bike plz.

Depends on your budget but I use Turtle Paste Wax for bikes. Very economical, removes minor scratches and keeps your ride shiny for 2-3 weeks.
If lamination quality is good or you've applied PPF than .minor scratches disappears after some heat treatment.
