Yes change first oil as soon as possible 200-300km 2nd again after same mileage
than 3rd at 1000km

I recommend don't get your bike tuned from factory bikes valves are left loose but as its summer
and in summer its recommended to keep valve little loose

Every 1000km is considered the best timing to change oil

2000km is good interval but can easily be extended to 3000-4000km if bike is nicely tuned
its good to avoid mechanics as much as possible

depends on mechanic by mechanic a proper tuning of bike is specially the first one
He must lubricate all cables which needs lubrication
He must lubricate chain with fresh engine oil
He must tight all the nuts & bolts of bike
He must adjust tappets to recommended company settings
and he should also clean air filter & must not touch carburetor
and open it an good company trained mechanic would never open carb of brand new bike
