Yes Waqar Bhai, This hotel was still under construction and I had asked about availability of accommodation in replied they said that accommodation will be available soon. Hotel is at nice location.
About Mrs. Lisa I was also surprised that she is male then she introduced himself by saying I am Mrs. Lisa form USA (As she was strong and tall lady). She was driving Honda CG-125 that time but the groups have Honda CBR-250 cc, Suzuki Inazuma, Ravi Piaggio and others bikes.
The road from Astore to Rama (as you have already visited) is very hard with lot of bad patches. We traveled with our luggage up to Rama PTDC GS-150 was struggling and hardly we succeeded to reach at the top as that road badly need to develop.
