Well for weather i will not advise some one to sleep in tent during winter.
We camped just for fun
My sleeping bag was not insulating cold from floor.
I slept by wearing 2 jackets and 4 pajamas 3 socks gloves and cap and still i could feel cold ground. 
Where as sleeping bag of Ibad was good and protected him from cold.
We paid to hotel owner 500 rs for camping on the roof top, using toilets and for the safety of bikes.
In Naran most of the hotels were closed and those hotels which were open were not occupied.
Weather in day time was fine because of clear sky but nights were very cold. 70% of bazaar was closed
At lake shops were open.
In Shogran we stayed in hotel room. Many hotel were open but not occupied.
Hotel owner was very nice man. He was not taking money from us for night stay.
We gave him 500 for one night stay.
We took breakfast at Siri. There was only one restaurant which was open
And number of visitors at Siri/ Paye were limited.
