thats not a common highway with cycles and pedestrians. even if a bike falls down god forbid he would only hurt himself

i see sultan goldens on 125's daily on crowded roads(zig zag, driving with legs in air wtf). these are the guys we need to worry about more

It's such a shame that the laws in Pakistan are not implemented. The state of affairs speak volumes of this negligence.

Laws r implemented but the ppl of Pakistan r not law abiding citizens . ANY pakistani goes ANY where in the world will stand in line and obay the law BUT only in pakistan they will do what ever they like to do.
