As for vehicle we were using Paiggio's and Suzuki as our rides.
My Paiggio was a two years old, heavy on wheels and had fat tubeless tyres and Big 45T sprocket so it had a max top-speed of 106KMH on the way checked several times.
@angel82 was using a brand new Paiggio Storm and was a one quick foot in the whole trip :), he had a better accelration, better fuel economy as calculated I did average around 38 where as he did 44km/Liter evening using it fast and high acceleration, don't know what top speed he was able to achieve or if he even checked it or not.
@dr.omair has been using a gs150 from suzuki which is notorious for having a lot of quality issue and rust problems bad finishing and God knows what problems which I have been hearing and reading from owners, I have previously used a friends GS150 who lived in my area and didnt liked it as it had bad accelration also I happen to have some time with bluehorns gs150 and reved it hard to see what it got and lastly I happen to get in to deul many times on lahore's roads with GS when I had CG and believe me CG never let GS take any chances 'at all' ...
But this time I was in luck to actually see how a healthy GS can really really perform!
Here are the Pics of GS which Tagged along us owned by dr.omair, we found out that in a suitable enviroment GS150 can easily achieve high speeds as far as 120 or even more and can maintain a speed of 100+ kmh for extended streches were as paiggios or CGs are almost maxing out just after 100KMH
The BAD Braking Factor:
near Jhelum, I took Gs from Doctor Sb and reved it like a 'Lahori' and GS didnt made any roar like CG but gave me a strong Sling shot like push and achieved high speed very quickly and I was really enjoying the moment becuase bike was almost flying on a thin tyre and shaking badly but in any case I was still happy to see it rev at that high speed and I was thinking to take a picture of meters when I saw a Bus which was about to stop, me being using Disc brakes of paiggio just applied brakes to Stop but at the very same moment my heart stopped beating as the GS150 brakes are not designed to stop at high speed and I made a narrow escape by hard cutting the bike.
Next 2 minutes I settled my breath while Doc Sb. and Uzair reached and synced with em I didnt told them what happened untill later...
beleive me GS150 is a one Super Speed cool bike but dosto is ki brake koi nahi hai hath paon bacha ker bhagana.
