CHOKE pull krnay se to obius ha k petrol k sath sath oil bhi increase hoga, but oil ka block hona is other thing, also check the bottom of oil box, that should be clean too, also check the air hose inlet of oil box, that should be fully open or if you have pipe on it then pipe,s mouth should be fully open, these are the all check lists, bro is k ilawa koi or way ho hi nhi skta jahan tak mera khyal ha
