i simply wanna cruise at 100Km/h and apparently no pakistani bike from 70cc to 150cc is capable of doing that

Bhai it has nothing to do with head, its the head cover (tappet cover) which RX bhai is talking about. The bolts of tappet cover are not tighten properly.

You are saying that bike has been driven 1900 kilometers then the cover must have been opened for tuning and the mechanic didn't tighten the bolts properly.

Gaskets do not tear out this early.

As-salam-o-alaikum bhaiyu,
here's the complete story. up till 1900 k.m drive bike tune kerwae hi nhin mein nein. head leakage ka masla 5s dealer ko 2 dafa dikhaya us nein chootay ustad ko head ko tight kernay ka hukam dia. and said "paa g chal k thek ho jae ge". bil akhar aik Antenna shop pe gya usay kaha bhai head leakage dekho. he said the Challlaa(gasket) is worn out and apnay chootay mistri(12-13 sal ka bacha) ko change kernay ka keh ker khud seer pe chala gya. So cutting long story short gasket change ker dia us nein. when i asked why it worn out so quick he said there is manufacturing problem in gasket. pic attached.

most of the time while tuinng they tight the tappet cover with 'Challa' not properly settled in grove.. and what happens is that challa is damaged from there and starts leeaking... its not the quality of product its the Poorly trained mechnics who scrwew our bikes..

when i asked why it worn out so quick he said there is manufacturing problem in gasket. pic attached.

I have strict rule, its better to burn your bike rather giving to side road mechanic. Thats the reason i went for tuning after 6 months (including my 2500km trip)

I contacted @rx115 and asked for mechanic, he suggested one and kind enough to accompany me. So we went to mechanic although the main ustad was not present still on suggestion of @rx115 i got the bike tuned from his son.

And it was a good experience, the bike now touches 100km/h mark pretty good (Still @rx115 can beat RP like a knife through butter)

Now i think i will go on sunday to get the rear axle issue fixed..

and in last we were not into any kind of competition hahahahah i was just clearing my bike at that moment, you know continues ride ride on lower rpm,s for long time can cause high carbon in the exhaust thats why it would be better to give one or two sprints while riding

Except exhaust, it is also good for spark plug cleaning. Continuous riding on low RPM won't let the spark plug to reach its "Cleaning Temperatures", which result in carbon deposits build up and might require cleaning the spark plug more often.

SK bro, what made you go for tuning after 6 months??? experienced some issue??

And anything extra mechanic did on the tuning??? which you didn't while self-maintaining the bike in those 6 months.

I also used to go for tuning after seriously long time.. most of the time Oil change and Filter Cleaning thats it... and after some really long while if I notice power loss or noise in head then I only go to get the tappets screws checked nothing else ever paiggio asked me for... Its stayed the cheapest bike in maintenance cost if I compare it with my sprinter and CG125s.

Now I am leaning to much for GS150... becuase that the pastry I have not tasted..

i dont know why guys get tune his bikes each month ?
like oil change, i dont think so a proper well tuned 4t bike would need any quict tuning kind of things, ya phir yeh sab krna buht zrori ha currnt bikes k liy due to its qualty issues????
rather 2t wuld require early tune up and i do tune my bike byself, but not more then 3 months or so, oil would be changed after 4 months, but i must do carb cleaning once in a month

The main thing was dust in carb.. And when he opened the carb believe me there was very think layer of copper color sediment. And while he cleaned the carb the dish was all brown.

An expert mechanic can point out many flaws like my euro 2 pipe was all worn out, so he replaced. Also my front wheel bearing were making noise and about to get collapsed (I changed bearing almost 3 months back, but they werent original)

I replaced the after market sprocket set with the genuine sprocket set. So after tuning the bike is breathing again

i dont know you took notice or not when i opened my one, niklna to us mai se chahiy tha that kind of meterial but that was just pure fuel in its real colour, only just opilot jet was get some kind of stuff into it

How many Km since carb was last cleaned???
Piaggio has fuel filter right?? Have you been checking the filter, cleaning the strainer cup regularly during this time???

I noticed.. But as iam into touring so i think thats the reason to much sediment accumulated in carb, i covered almost 4000km in last 4 months

I have a question about Oil Dip stick , do you have to screw back stick then screw out to check level or just insert it and check it without screwing
is this is where oil level should be of CD-100 also like pridor ?

check it without screwing
bike should be rested on main stand
upper & lower point would be there for oil level
oil level should not be over or under of that indications
this is the basic way to check the oil level
