Biking in Bakot (short tour)

very good, i wud request the same to u, to plz join with rana sb, in making a new thread which will help as a guide for people to choose trips, with details, and all soirt of info, starting from 2-3 days to longer trips, so that people can go other places, then, murree, nathia, and naran.......its only abt awareness....

simple way,, from governer,s house in nathiya gali u go to miran jani.. on the same way, just before miran jani trek, the road folks. one go down hill while the other go straight towards miran jani trek.

take the downhill folk and be in bakot

..the road going down is going towards bakat/kohala...

How long the track and how much time required to reach there and finally is it safe to go there with family.

well, be in nathiya gali or this region for night, at morning start driving on this trek. enjoy the dense forests and nature reach kohala, still there is an under construction road that will make it possible to reach rayala, (a village on opposite side of kohala) from there start driving uphill to reach khanuspur, else u can come back via main express highway to islamabad.

well, no problem with family but avoid traveling in bakot at maghrib time, try to come out of bakot before evening. this jungle is home of leopards.

sir ji emergency program, actual plan was of ratti gali and at eleventh hour due to some problems couldnt make it possible so yeh tour...bhagtey chor ki langoti hi sahi ......

road condition is meant only for 4X4... nothing else... for us, han old toyota is doing well there.. but not for the whole track
