There's No Cheap Way Out...Have To Install Or Live With Dead Reflectors which is somewhat impossible

lense are in ok condition...they will get clean as i wet sand and buff them.......!!

There is a problem I am facing. Whenever I flash the headlights during day time, the Head Unit (It plays songs from USB) gets disconnected from USB and starts reading it and after about 4 to 5 seconds starts playing again. If the source is set to Radio then it sort of restarts and starts playing USB.

Same thing happens when the Head Unit is already running and the lights are switched on during evening or night.

The car is corolla and has HIDs in low beam and stock halogen bulbs in high beam.

One of my friend also noticed same behavior when he had HIDs in his car. Did anyone also notice this behavior?

i think voltage might be fluctuating too much but never happened with me even i had quad projectors means four hid ballast kicking at same time but no fluctuations.your head unit might be too sensitive specfic voltages.

May b u should get the electrical stuff like wiring checked

I think the ballasts can be culprit. I shall try changing the ballast and recheck the issue. Thanks for the feedback.

Salam all. I was a silent reader of this thread and i must say you did a very good retrofit MASHALLAH @dav111.
well i am also a retrofitter and its been around 2yrs i am into this stuff. I have a spare Denso/Koito slim OEM HID kit lying unused just like new and ALHAMDULLILAH works flawless along with Philips OEM 4300k D2R bulbs. I bought this kit from Muscat( Oman) and took out this kit from a lexus. I can also show ballast internal pic to confirm its originality. I have previously sold 2 pairs to a fellow pakwheeler and he is very happy.
My demand is 12k with bulbs.
