Thanks Dear for your kind help, actually I have already imported the 2.5 inch HD ultimate projectors kits which are expected to be cleared by customs in next week inshallah, I am thinking to use high quality fast bright 55W ballasts with it.

Thats good. But 55w is not suitable for Mini H1s it burns the chrome reflector inside. The best is to get denso ballasts and get the true amazing OEM HID experience.

The manufacturer gave me 1 year warranty of the projectors and told me I can safely use the 55W HIDs, Denso Ballasts are undoubtedly have great performance.

This is not morimoto, It is 2.5 inch Bi-xenon projectors with HD ultimate glass lenses, these are Chinese but high quality ones

oh ok but there are Chinese morimotos too they are far brighter then standard Chinese projectors , i have personally tested it

I am thinking of using an arcylic sheet to make transparent lenses

I thought of that once, but ditched the idea because i thought the sheet may yellow or crack

Thats exactly what would happen to acrylic/plexiglass. In addition, it would also warp because of the heat.

One option is to remove the fluting of glass lense, i will need to arrange cerium oxide in order to remove flutting

that is a good idea....try it. I have been looking for a way but decided that i would keep the stock lens with projector...if this works, a retrofit would be easy

I have seen people using fluted lens headlights with projectors like 95 civics, khybers, but dont know how good they are in terms of working, like cutoff etc.
To me its not a good idea to retro in them.Cut off will be scattered.but still you can try.
