either the buyer has bought a lemon , or he is asking too much (no offence please) i have recently restored a nearly same condition vehicle , auctioned also by rangers who ever will buy it , must keep in mind to bring this vehicle to stock condition or even some where near it you need a highly dedicated team , and at least 350k 2 -5 months of time and great contacts in Peshawar lahore and pindi ... then this vehicle is in diesel so one must remember the cost of over haul and fuel .
the best option to go will be for a body swap , but then again hell of complications there aswl .
