not just roll down windows,that was never a solution as rear windows dont roll down fully so they always could see that part,so i got the paper cut from the area that stays above,now when i roll down windows,that area shows clear windows n no paper what so ever so they think there's no paper n dont even bother to check by rolling windows up 
n even if they stop still they dont get any hint
rolling is not an issue,i dont pass through lots of them,only one or two n while coming back from blue area,there's no check post n while u r with family esp ladies they dont stop or say anything even with windows up
today morning when they stopped me i saw tint paper lying on road showing they removed it from some car
tint kia ye to shades pe b ni bakshtey,saw a isl reg civic stopped,it has parda's on front n shades on rear,police stopped it n opened rear door to check rear seats lol
yea winters is gonna be an issue n parents already asking to remove the paper for winters but i said let it come first
then if i drive alone i might roll em down n when with family my expectation is that they wont remove paper then but if they did i'd let them do it instead of doing it with my own hands 
gonna enjoy em as long as they last
