i m recieving this msg when i signup at the app world "an error has occured. please try again later"...i m doin it since morning but nothing good....shud i update my bb appworld n how to download new app world?

You should try uninstalling the current version of App World which you've in your phone and then from your phones browser, go to http://www.blackberry.com/appworld/download.

I think you're using 8900 okay no problem un-install app world from destop bb manager or via app manager in ur device then reboot ur device and then switch on your wifi or use gprs open browser on blackberry type

Then select united states in country list then
Click first link tab visit bb app world then download new bb app world and bingo you're ready to go
If its still not installed then connect device to pc and sync with bb desktop manager and then go to us.blackberry.com go to app world download web plugin then install app world directly on device via bbDM

Anyways BIS can't be activated on prepaid due to HRT function Hosting route table is not available on Prepaid numbers however when you convert to post paid it will be available in HRT so your device can get service books and ICMP ping echo and use all facilities available by RIM and pin registration on servers. For bis you've to desposit 1500 additional then 990rs monthly well warid is offering one or three months on new BIS activation

I am also thinking to buy BB Bold 9780. How is the set. Is it slow or fast? User memory is sufficient for applications or it is less?

Dear believe me waird is infinity times better then ufone and warid is officially connected to RIM servers just convert your prepaid plan to postpaid in warid ... Warid is offering BIS in 990rs per month and ufone is offering two separate option BBM for 350 and BIS for 1000 per month ... No it is not possible to detach BBM as u get ur pin registered and enterprise activation BBM will be automatically added to BIS although you is it or not it depends on you you use it or not any how I will suggest you to have warid

One more thing gprs,edge and bis are separate things with edge you can only browse on BB but you can't use apps ... For apps you've to buy bis to get service books to get apps working

I guess I should go for BlackBerry Bold 9780 then. Or is there any better BlackBerry?
I know that Bold 9900 and 9790 are out but I have heard that their battery is not that good, and 9900 also doesn't have autofocus.
Then comes Torch series but as I am a heavy texter, I don't like slide phones.
