Those who saw news, yesterday (Saturday 04th Feb) many people were stuck in traffic jam due to heavy snow fall at Muree .... well, I was one of those fortunate people. Fortunate???? .... I would say so ..... We really enjoyed our trip to Muree yesterday, had a lot of fun. Although 10 hours of stuck-in-jam were frustrating but we recall it a fun time too sitting in our jero, cutting jokes, and watching people playing mickey mouse, being over-smart and then getting stuck .....
Alhamdulillah all went well with us, no issues, no problems, no accidents. My jero crawled up and down without needing-a-push situation or sit-on-hood tricks like other vehicles needed, specially front wheels sedans. Hatts off to those mehrans, corollas, cuores spinning their front wheels 10 times more than needed just to attain one foot of inclination.

when i was leaving for swat/malumjabba with my friends i wished for the road blockage on returning home with snow but no:(:(:(:(:(

Alhamdulillah I have recently completed my 5 days trip to Swat Valley on my sparky jero.

Route: Fateh Jang - Bahter Interchange - Mardan - Dargai - Mingora - Bahrain - Madyan - Kalam - Ushu - Glacier - Mahodand Lake - Mingora - Malam Jabba - Murghazar and then back to Fateh Jang

Date: 19th June to 23rd June

Stay: Three nights at Greens Hotel Kalam / One night at White Palace Murghazar

I travelled intentionally on week days to avoid traffic and crowd at Hotels. It was well planned and one of the most enjoyable trip. Alhamdullilah my Pajero behaved very well specially on the way from Madyan to Kalam (2.5 hours of skid road). Total trip on meter was 860km on Rs. 9200/- worth diesel.

Too many army check posts to cross in swat region but without any hassle or discomfort. I travelled with my family (wife plus two kids) we got a little off track at Khwazakhela; travelled 10 kms towards Bisham but then realised and were back on track. Awesome scenery and awesome weather. Lets the pictures roll.

As once @levin inquired about topic being 'blind date' so here it goes ....

This jeep was seen on pakwheels, several phone calls made, NIC and money transferred, title transferred, vehicle dispatched from karachi, and the first time I physically saw this beauty was when it reached rawalpindi. In short, i saw it AFTER it was transferred on my name and a full payment was done. So as per my opinion, it was a blind date.
